Referral Bonus The referral bonus program is designed to thank individuals for making us a leading supplier of highly qualified legal candidates. If anyone refers someone to our company that is hired by one of our clients on a permanent basis, we will provide $200 to that individual. In addition, if someone refers an individual that works on temporary assignments (minimum 80 hours), than we will provide a $50 referral bonus.
